Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Orders
The customer places their order according to the process in effect on the site and confirms the detailed summary of it. The customer is required to provide all information necessary for delivery: address, access code, floor, etc. In the case of the sale of items reserved for professionals, delivery will take place only at barracks or police stations. Without indication on your part of your professional address, your order will be canceled.
When placing the first order, the customer must enter their last name, first name, email address and password. Items are offered subject to available stock.
SHIPPING WITHIN 24/72H* (business days – indicative timeframe – subject to available stock) depending on the type of delivery chosen. GK PROFESSIONAL cannot be held responsible for damage caused during the shipment of orders.
2. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices are established at the rate in effect on the day the sale is concluded, in euros and stated including all taxes. Without specification, these prices are understood to be excluding delivery charges, the rates and conditions of which are indicated on the site.
3. Order Confirmation to the Customer
GK PROFESSIONAL confirms the order by sending a confirmation email. However, the customer's order will only be considered accepted after validation by the GK Online customer service. In some cases, GK PROFESSIONAL may need to request additional information from customers.
GK PROFESSIONAL company reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer does not confirm their professional information or for non-payment after a period of 15 days.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
I. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer acting as a consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products:
- personalized or made according to customer specifications,
- unsealed by the customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
- or any other product excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
II. Return Conditions
In case of withdrawal or exchange, products must be returned:
- in their original packaging,
- in perfect condition, unused,
- accompanied by all original accessories and instructions,
- as well as the return form and invoice present in the package.
Damaged, incomplete or obviously used items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error attributable to GK Pro. Products must be returned within thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt.
III. Refund
The refund of the returned product(s) will occur within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the actual receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the order.
IV. Return Procedure According to Customer Status
Before any return, the customer must contact the relevant service according to their category:

5. Warranty
In accordance with art L217-7 of the consumer code, the customer has a period of 2 years after taking possession of the goods to use this warranty. GK PROFESSIONAL does not provide spare parts for its products.
6. Personal Information
GK PROFESSIONAL reserves the right to collect data. The personal data communicated by the customer is intended to ensure successful deliveries, improve service quality and better meet customer expectations. GK PROFESSIONAL does not grant itself the right to disseminate this data to third parties.
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access and rectification to personal data concerning them: dpo@gkpro.fr
7. Customer Relations
For any questions, the customer can contact our GK Pro SHOP Online customer service for questions concerning products and commercial matters.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the GK PROFESSIONAL company's site, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. The entire graphic charter, photographs and scenography are the exclusive property of GK PROFESSIONAL.
9. Entirety
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void, this could in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are subject to French law. Disputes arising from the application of these general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law and only French courts can hear these disputes. Disputes between GK PROFESSIONAL and all professionals are under the jurisdiction of the Paris commercial court.
11. Telephone Sales
Providing the credit card number by telephone to the call center constitutes proof of the entire order. This validation constitutes signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.
12. Evidence
Computerized records, kept in GK PROFESSIONAL's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as evidence of communications, orders and payments occurring between the parties.
13. Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Sale
GK PROFESSIONAL reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. Updates will be available online on the site and applicable only to sales made after the modification.
