Packages are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received. They are shipped via the delivery method chosen in our store. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Special attention is given to fragile items.

Returns
Any merchandise for which an exchange is requested must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
The merchandise must be in its original packaging without any added label or marking, accompanied by the duly completed return form and a copy of the original invoice or delivery note in the absence of an invoice.
No size or reference exchange will be made if the merchandise has been worn, damaged or soiled.
