1. Orders
The customer places his order according to the process in force on the site and confirms the detailed summary thereof. The customer is required to provide all the information necessary for the delivery: address, access code, floor, etc.
During the first order, the customer must enter his name, first name, e-mail address as well as his password. The password is strictly personal. Items are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the article, GK Pro SHOP undertakes to inform the customer as quickly as possible. SHIPPING WITHIN 48H (working days – indicative time – subject to available stock). GK Pro SHOP cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transport of orders.

3. Order confirmation to the customer
GK Pro SHOP confirms the order sending an order confirmation email. However, the customer’s order will only be considered accepted after validation by GK Online customer service. In certain cases, GK Pro SHOP may need to request additional information from customers. GK Pro SHOP reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer does not confirm his professional information or for non-payment after a period of 15 days.
4. Withdrawal period – Return of products following a change of mind
NO CLEARANCE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All items EXCEPT CLEARANCE CATEGORY can be exchanged within the legal and contractual deadlines, except those bearing a contrary mention. Pursuant to Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of the products ordered.
If the customer uses this right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and notices, as well as a return slip.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or used cannot be taken back. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is due within a maximum period of ninety days, after the receipt of the return. The refund can be made by credit card to the bank account or by check, it depends on the method of payment of the order. To make a return, the customer must contact GK Pro SHOP Online customer service and return the goods within eight days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by the return slip present in the package. The products must be returned to the address indicated on the return slip in the package.
5. Personal information
GK Pro SHOP reserves the right to collect data.
The personal data communicated by the customer or collected via the operation of the site (by means of cookies or activeX) is intended to ensure the successful completion of deliveries, to improve the quality service and to meet the customer’s expectations. The customer consents to the use of this data by GK Pro SHOP, in particular to communicate information related to exceptional services and offers, if he has chosen to subscribe to the newsletter.
GK Pro SHOP does not grant itself the right to distribute this data to third parties. In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him, which can be done by contacting GK Pro SHOP Online customer service.

7. Intellectual property
All elements of the GK Pro SHOP site, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. The whole of the graphic charter, the photographs and the scenography are exclusive property of GK Pro SHOP. The customer who has a website in a personal capacity has the possibility of placing on his site, a link redirected to the home page of the GK Pro SHOP site, on condition of having obtained prior authorization from GK Pro SHOP. In this case, it will not be an implicit affiliation agreement. However, any link, even authorized, must be removed at the request of GK Pro SHOP.
8. Validity
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions of sale. These conditions apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by GK Pro SHOP. They can be modified without notice by GK Pro SHOP.
9. Applicable law and competences
These conditions are subject to French law. Disputes arising from the application of these general conditions of sale are subject to French law and only the French courts can hear these disputes. Disputes between GK Pro SHOP and all professionals fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or warranty claims, even for emergency procedures or interim proceedings or by request.
10. Proofs
Providing the credit card number by telephone to the call center constitutes proof of the entire order. In all cases, the online supply of the bank card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the entirety of the said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be worth the sums committed by the selection of items listed on the order form. This validation is worth signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site. The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the company GK PROFESSIONAL under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The archiving of purchase orders, order confirmations and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the Civil Code.
