RETURN PROCEDURE
All merchandise subject to an exchange request must be returned within 15 days after receipt.
The goods must be in their original packaging without adding any label or marking, accompanied by the fully completed return slip and a copy of the original invoice or delivery note in the absence of an invoice.
No size or reference exchange will be made if the merchandise has been worn, damaged or soiled.
